Returns

We do not currently offer any refunds, and have a 14 day policy for store credit. We will gladly accept returns for store credit for merchandise returned in its original, unworn, unwashed condition and with tags attached within 14 days of delivery date if ordered online or 14 days of in-store purchase date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. We strongly encourage shipping back via a trackable shipping method.

The following are NOT eligible for return: books, toys, hair accessories, socks, and tights.

All Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE.

Store credits for returned items will be issued via email within 3-5 business days. Store credits can be used online or in-store. Store credits will not expire.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75!

Orders under $75 will be charged a $5 shipping fee.

We ship via USPS. Orders are typically shipped on the same day they are received. If you need expedited shipping or have any other special requests, please do not hesitate to reach out to us!

Local? In-store pick-up is also available!

Simply choose the "Local Pick-up" option at check-out and you will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready. Orders are typically ready for pick-up on the day the order is received.
